Business Model

Incubator-E in Heerlen is the place to be for technical start ups. One of my own contributions to them are the practical workshops "Earning money with Business Model Generation". We make progress in business in three sessions:

(1) introduction and analysis

(2) design of the business model

(3) contact with the customer

The cooperation of the start up companies is one of the values of this practical workshop.
